When do I receive the points?
Mercado Pago credits them when payment is approved (minutes). NOWPayments may take up to 30 minutes after network confirmation.
What methods does Mercado Pago accept?
In the MP checkout you can pay with debit or credit card, Mercado Pago balance, or other methods MP enables in your country.
What if I sent the wrong amount or network?
Contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent via a different network or currency than the provider indicated.
Can I request a refund?
We review duplicate payments or incorrect credits reported within 7 days. Spent points or consumed benefits are not refunded for buyer's remorse.
How do I check my payment?
Use the history ID and email [email protected]. Never share your password.
